• We have been a customer of Citadel Contractors for nine years. Since 2001, they have built three Tilt-Up concrete buildings for us at Norris Park. I cannot say enough good things about Glenn Doncaster and his entire team at Citadel Contractors. Each building was delivered professionally, on time, and within budget. Throughout our projects, Citadel kept us informed of all significant matters, benchmarks, and progress. If there were any issues or changes to be made, we were told why, and we were given our options. • It has been a pleasure having Citadel construct our new theater, Millstone 14 in Fayetteville NC. Our association with Citadel began under Consolidated Theatres, for which Citadel built nineteen Tilt-Up theaters. All were completed on schedule and some as much as six weeks ahead. When Consolidated was sold to Regal Cinemas recently, a new company, Stone Theatres, was formed, and of course, Citadel was the choice to build the Fayetteville theater. Stone Theatres will continue to expand in the future, and we certainly anticipate Citadel being a part of that growth. The quality and performance by Citadel has always been outstanding.
