We have been a customer of Citadel Contractors for nine years. Since 2001, they have built three Tilt-Up concrete buildings for us at Norris Park. I cannot say enough good things about Glenn Doncaster and his entire team at Citadel Contractors.
Each building was delivered professionally, on time, and within budget. Throughout our projects, Citadel kept us informed of all significant matters, benchmarks, and progress. If there were any issues or changes to be made, we were told why, and we were given our options. As an owner, I appreciate Citadel pointing out ways to improve the buildings during the construction process. Their experience and expertise is very valuable to me.
Our buildings have performed extremely well, we have had no problems, and they look as good today as when they were completed a decade ago. Our Norris Park master plan calls for four additional buildings, and Citadel will be building them for us when the time is right.
