Our Management group is composed of the most qualified and highly-trained supervisors in the industry. Each Citadel supervisor is certified by OSHA and each has their ACI Tilt-Up Supervisor certification. They all also have extensive experience that they bring to every project, ensuring that work is completed on-time and within budget.

Our Project Management/Engineering/Design group is composed of experienced tilt-up construction experts who work closely with clients to produce a comprehensive design plan and then oversees the execution of that plan, always remaining in contact with the client and providing updates as needed.

At Citadel Contractors, Inc., Safety training is the foundation of our safety program. All our employees at every level, including management, supervisors, field personnel, and engineers are fully trained in OSHA 10 and all safety hazards and policies before they are sent to any of our job sites. We know that safety starts with accountability, and at Citadel everyone is held accountable for upholding the company’s comprehensive safety initiatives. We provide equipment, training, and required PPE to our employees to meet this requirement, and all of our employees know that they are personally responsible not only for their own safety but the safety of everyone around them, too.
