Job Summary

Citadel Contractors, a leading construction firm specializing in design-build tilt-up construction, is seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our team in Apex, NC. You will contribute to exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.

Responsibilities:

As Project Manager, you will collaborate extensively with our superintendents and engineers, providing you with comprehensive exposure across the entire construction lifecycle. Your key responsibilities may encompass:

• Provide accurate estimates
• Coordinate initial design phase with architect and engineer
• Review and coordinate construction documents
• Work with job site superintendent and foremen to plan organize, and direct activities of the project
• Initiate and maintain the relationship with the owner or general contractor to facilitate project
• Represent company in project meetings and attend coordination meetings
• Keep project on schedule through daily communication with project superintendent
• Keep project on budget by accurately estimating the project, monitoring job costs weekly, and initiating corrective actions
• Procurement and purchasing
